Services
Print Solutions Las Vegas provides custom printing and related services. All products are made to order unless
otherwise stated.
Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Orders are processed only after payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our
discretion.
Custom Products and Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs prior to production. Once a proof is approved, Print
Solutions Las Vegas is not responsible for errors including but not limited to spelling, grammar, colors, or layout.
Turnaround Time
Production and turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, materials, and workload.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment. Shipping fees
are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or reprints may be issued only in cases of
verified manufacturing defects. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt of the order.
Intellectual Property
Customers represent that they own or have permission to use all content submitted for printing. Print Solutions Las
Vegas is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Solutions Las Vegas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid
for the order.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Site or engage in any activity that interferes with its operation or security. Unauthorized
use of the Site may result in termination of access.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its
conflict of law principles.
